What are your typical party sizes, and how many players can participate?
We typically book parties with 16 phasers, blasters, or bows available for gameplay at any given time. Upgrades to accommodate larger party sizes are possible. With our rotation system, you can have many individuals play within an hour. One hour is recommended for a maximum of 48 individuals; this allows 16 players to rotate through two 5-minute games each within that hour. For bigger events, you can add more equipment and/or more time!
What is your Laser Tag system like?
Our mobile Laser Tag system is designed for maximum fun and ease! All individuals need to play is the phaser (gun) – there are no bulky vests required. Players score by hitting the other player's phaser with a safe light beam. We set up a fun atmosphere at your location with inflatable bunkers to hide around, lights, and music. Players just need to worry about their score! Our high-tech phasers display individual score, accuracy, and even their finishing rank. We are able to select different game formats, such as Free For All and Teams, to keep the action exciting.
Do we have to use fog for Laser Tag?
No, using fog is not required to play Laser Tag, although it does help to make the laser beams more visible and enhances the atmosphere. Please be aware that dense fog can sometimes trigger smoke detectors, so facilities must check with their building policies beforehand if planning to use fog indoors.
What ages can play your games?
For our Laser Tag game, we suggest ages 4 and up! While 4-year-olds may not be the most accurate, they have a lot of fun running around and participating. For Bazooka Blast and Archery Game, we would suggest ages 10 and older, as the equipment (the air guns and bows) is a bit bigger and may be better suited for slightly older participants.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule our booking?
We understand plans can change. If cancellation or rescheduling is done at least 12 hours beforehand, we typically do not charge a cancellation fee, unless specific arrangements were discussed otherwise during booking. However, if clients cancel after our staff have already arrived at the event location, a cancellation fee will apply.
Does it have to be dark to play Laser Tag?
No, it does not have to be dark to play Laser Tag. The laser tag experience is generally better and the lasers are more visible in darker conditions or indoors with controlled lighting, but it is still absolutely possible to have a great and fun event outdoors or indoors in daylight!
Do your staff have police checks, and do you have insurance?
Yes, your safety and peace of mind are important to us. All of our staff have up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Checks and background checks. We also carry comprehensive liability insurance. We can add specific organizations or groups to our insurance policy if requested with at least 2 weeks' notice prior to your event. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Who needs to sign the waiver?
We require one individual from the team, organization, or family that hired us to sign our waiver. We do not require each individual player or participant at the event to sign a separate waiver.
